Direct Democracy* is possible but can not emerge in a few weeks or months. It implies the redesign of civilisation to a mode according to which no oppression and exploitation of the majority by a minority occurs.

The redesign has to be the work of the people themselves—the 99%. Because of this, People’s Parliament has to include a new type of learning institution where collective consciousness is encouraged and enabled to engage with the vision of “the possible new world” and design the strategies necessary for its realization.
